I can’t seem to find s21 fe adhesive or a new back panel, could i get away with using just the adhesive from the s21 on the s21 fe’s original backglass?

The adhesive for these models are totally different and probably won't work. You'd basically have to cut off the top third of the s21 adhesive to get it to work, assuming the devices are they same physical width.
