Vizio TV not powering on

I have a Vizio V605-G3 tv that won’t power on. I tried all the reboot troubleshooting methods and even replaced the power board. When I initially plug in power the white LED light in lower right corner comes on and then goes away soon after which is normal but I get nothing on the screen and no sound either. I’ve tried shining a flashlight to see if there’s picture but don’t see anything. Wondering what else to do or what other board it could be.
