Showing Lenovo setup utility. How to solve this

@santoshswami that is your BIOS screen. That is a normal screen. You are not telling us when you are getting this screen. If it comes on as soon as you start your computer, then it is possible that your Lenovo V15-ADA is having issues with the start-up. My first suspicion would be a failed drive, either HDD or SSD but we need to get more information from you.

We can’t provide you with any repair advice right now though because we don’t know exactly what we’re working with. Please update your post to include the make, model, symptoms of your problem, and the troubleshooting you’ve already tried.
