@monkur Sorry to hear about your phone being broken! We can’t provide you with any repair advice right now though because we don’t know exactly what we’re working with. Please update your post to include the exact symptoms of your problem, and the troubleshooting you’ve already tried.

Your issues seem not to be repair related but software and app related. You do want to try the Samsung or the Minecraft forums. Do an online search for those. Our main focus here is mostly hardware and some firmware/software if it interferes with the hardware of functioning properly.
