The ice maker in the freezer works fine. The ice maker in the refrigerator will not draw water into the ice cube Tray. You can hear it cycling like is making ice. I have changed the filter. I have unplugged and replugged the refrigerator. I have turned the ice maker off with the button and turned it back off. What else can be Wrong.

Frozen water in the tube or its clogged with gunk or kinked also check if its connected.

Is this something I can check myself and clean myself? I don't have the money for a repairman.
I tried Google Google it but can't seem to find anything. I'd be leaning towards the gunk because the other ice maker at the bottom works, the water dispenser works.
yes pull out the fridge and behind wil be a tube make sure to turn off the water behind it before other wise it will go everywhere then check for clogs if there are none its inside and you may have to get a repair best of luck
