2 Powering on problems experienced by the pc laptop?
My PC laptop doesn't turn on.When I press the power button it flashes the power button and the caps lock button without producing a beep sounds.What should I do to fix this?

Please verify the model number of the laptop.
Looking at the Keyboard lights on p.11 of the maintenance and service guide taken from this support webpage for the model you selected, the power button is towards the other end of the keyboard to where the lights are shown flashing in your video.
The Caps lock light lines up but not the other light above it closer to the display unless this is a reflection somehow, but there's no light where the Power button is, at least not where it is shown in the maintenance guide or the user manual see p.9.
