Why is my Kitchen Aid dishwasher model#KDTE204ESS1 washing only on Express mode and not on any other?

Seems that there may be a problem with the control panel.
Here's the tech sheet for the dishwasher.
Run the diagnostic tests as described on p.3 of the manual and check if any error codes are displayed
