The replaced Thermal fuse quickly trips.
I've replaced the thermal fuse on this dryer, and the new fuse trips almost immediately. The dryer cycle runs to completion, without heat. There is at least 6" clearance all around the unit. What causes the rapid trip on the fuse?

Should have included, the airflow through the exhaust vent is good.

The Series 110 dryers include many different makes and models (Sears doesn't make their own dryer), so we'll need to know the model number of yours in order to give you information with any chance of accuracy.
