I bought a car with no keys whent bought new key will not pro gram
Starting disable light will not go off even when I do the reprogram sequence

The key must be a specific type before it will have anything to reprogram. Autos with this type of key you must have the ECU, the immobilizer, and the key all programmed together in order to work.
