I Have a 1993 Silverado C1500 , Replaced both doors window regulators,My driver side Window Works But My Passenger Only goes up, Window switch is good, Fuses are good and Power window Motor is good , Tested the connections with a Circuit tester while pushing the up and down on the window switch had power both ways. the electrical power is there for some reason its just not responding to the roll down action
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Check if there's a faulty contact on the driver's side window master switch, passenger UP button.
When operating the passenger window down button using either the passenger side switch or the driver's master switch, the power goes to the window regulator motor and then should go to earth via the passenger window up button in the master switch.
It seems that the passenger window up button in the master switch works when in the operated position but not when in the normal unoperated position - dirty or faulty switch contact or broken away from earth multiple rail in switch housing perhaps
