tolga, unless we have schematics for your phone (which are not publicly available from Apple), then knowing which I2C line (I2C3 in this case) is having an issue doesn't really help. The panic log analyzer has distilled the information down a little too far for our use in helping you figure out what's wrong.

My suggestion would be to go to Alisha's (@flannelist) Kernel Panics wiki page and use that information to locate the latest panic log on your phone. Once you've found it, screenshot or copy/paste the first page of it to your question and the information there will likely give us what we need to know to tell you what part is likely at fault.
