@cammo6894 at this point it might just be best to replace the keyboard. Remember that Toshiba is one of the companies that is waging War on independent repairers and fixers. They truly employ their horde of attorneys to go after those folks who try to make a living. I am not warea of that it can be cleaned, but you can always try air-in a can and try to blow some of the crud out. Now, replacement keyboards are available but it is a PITA to replace. You must disassemble the complete computer to get to the top case. Anyhow, since iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for this, try using something like this video as your guide.
