iPhone 7 apple voice cuts off and on after replacing port

Took my iPhone 7 in to change out charging port and a little crack on the black top left side of phone. I am now experiencing cracking up with people while talking to them.

Wat happen? Is there something I can do to fix it myself or should I take it back and get screwed out of more money. Can’t afford new phone.
