I purchased a irulu tablet from a second hand store close to where I live and it has a pattern on it that I am having trouble with it so far I have looked it up on YouTube and the Internet on how to do a factory reset on it and it is not working for me can somebody please help me with doing a factory reset on it please please please

Here's a link that shows how to get into the Recovery menus for an iRulu X7 tablet.
If you get to the recovery menus use the Volume Up/Down buttons to navigate to the Wipe data/Factory reset option and then press the Power button to select it

It is an X7 series and the serial number X1785LM150814E#1777
