Is it possible to replace the bottom mic (used for “handset” calls) on an iPhone 11? If so, where may I find the part and would it be done similarly to replacing the bottom speaker?

Thank you so much for a quick and helpful response! You may have saved my daughter’s phone from becoming another WiFi music streamer—like about a half dozen old iPhones we have around the house.

Have a look at these links. Apple is however infamous for locking parts to the motherboard by way of software locks. So don't throw away old parts.
