I have this used model and it doesn't have a installed wwan card but have antenna connections and a sim cart slot. I'm thinking of installing new wwan card here but is Modem WWAN HP LT4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE Modem 4G and only wwan card accepted here?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

I don't know but looking at the maintenance and service guide for the laptop - see p.40, the HP part numbers for the WWAN cards that are used are either not available or most of them support 3G only.
You could try using a different M.2 42mm B key WWAN module and see if that works but finding the drivers that are compatible with the laptop BIOS may be a problem.

I didn't read the hp manual because it looked like it wasn't updated 2017 (too old).
I also ignored this answer and installed this card anyway.
Now this tablet asking me for Sim card, so it works for me.
I don't know if it will work for anyone since I have found and read that there are few versions of this hp tablet not yust Sim and not Sim versions like USA , EU and the rest of the world.
My geas is that if you have a slot and not fake Sim card tray, it could work 🤔
