Can I use screen from 6+ on an iphone SE?

You cannot use on iPhone 6+ screen on a iPhone SE, as the iphone 6+ has 5.5 inch display, while the largest iPhone SE only has a 4.7 inch display, and the 2016 SE has a 4 inch display, so the 6+ is incompatible. Hope this helps!!
