You really need to give us a story on what happened as your question doesn't make much sense.
It generally isn't good to fix a cpu on your own unless you have the right equipment, they are very fragile. I'm sorry to say but if you did it yourself then your "repair" probably ended up breaking it for good. But what did you do to the cpu and what was the original problem?
