Try taking a picture (I realize that you can't see what you're taking) and check if it is saved to the SD card in the camera.
Check if the picture saved on the card is OK or just a black image (download image from the card)
This is just to prove whether it is an image sensor (23MP ccd/cmos) problem or a motherboard problem.

Hi, I also encounter same problem, but it can work on the photo taking, and i can see the picture in my gopro app. But the video part is the same screen as the photo shown by the author

Just clarifying that taking/viewing individual pictures is OK but not videos, is this correct?
Also can you view any pictures in the LCD screen or not as I'm not sure if you can or can't?
Ye, video and time lapse all cannot, photo is just fine

Seems more like a software problem than a hardware problem.
Try a factory reset and check if that resolves the problem.
Also check that the latest firmware is installed as well.
If still no good it may be a mainboard problem.

Hi, thanks for the answer, i had tried the above options.. i think is the mother board problem, the only way to fix it is through official repair, or if it is still worth the repair 🤣🤣🤣

A quick look online shows that a replacement board is about 75% the cost of a new Hero10 black camera and that is without the labour cost if you do it yourself.
You will have to decide which is the better option for you
