Cooling fun not working
When I on my pc I see a black screen saying cooling fun not working properly

@samwelmhilu identifying a computer should not be this difficult. There is usually a label on the bottom side that will tell you what computer you have. Anyhow, we just have to assume that your computer is a HP Pavilion dv2000.
Use the Maintenance And Service Guide Pavillion DV2000 page 191 to remove and clean your fan/heatsink assembly. Once you are done with either replacing or cleaning it, you do want to go ahead and apply new thermal paste. Here is a generaic guide on how to do that Wie trage ich Wärmeleitpaste am besten auf

What is the full model number of the laptop and shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
Knowing this ensures that, if necessary, the correct replacement part information can be provided.

most of the time it has too much dust or cat hair inside. you need to clean the cooling system or at least remove some of the dust. The fan can be damaged if stuck too long but often makes a lot of noise first.
