xbox headset left ear broke

hello one day i found my headset broken like in the image and it wabble rather than sticking to the ear. it still works like always but it causes me head aches and i tried to use the two glue mix to stick back in place and it never worked for over 5 minutes the glue breaks like glass after a while is there a way to fill the gap broken so i can use it normally l?
