aproximetly how long do you have and when and why (if you know) did it happen
@wisewisdom what exact model is your Haier laptop? What exactly does it do? Did anything happen to the laptop prior to this? what have you checked? What have you tried? The more details you provide the greater the chance of getting an answer that will help you to fix your laptop.
