Samsung LED smart tv (UE58H5203) screen issue? LCD, LED, T-CON?

Hello, I have had a Samsung TV (UE58H5203) for 7 years and it suddenly started doing something strange to me... I haven't found a similar problem.

it doesn't look like a tcon problem (visually), it doesn't look like the backlight problem... the screen has ghosting which makes me think it's a dead LCD panel

What is your opinion ?

@ereivired it is possibly that this is an issue with the T-con board (yes, being a bit hopeful here). I have seen similar issues with a failure of the VGH and Vcom voltage. You are right, it is not a common issue. After the T-con board it is possible that it is a failed LCD driver board on the panel or a bad main board (being hopeful again). I'd go with T-con board, then main board after that, panel (check the LCD driver boards for any obviously failed, missing or damaged looking component)
