I have a 5th generation iPad, and when the latest iOS update came out, I think it was iOS version 17, and the update failed and now is stuck on boot loop. I took it to the repair shop but they said they couldn't fix it.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

If you are able to, I would take your iPad to a different repair shop and see if they can find anything wrong with either the battery or the motherboard. Otherwise, if you're ok with doing so, I would try some of the advice offered by @refectio on this question. To give the spark notes summary, I would try to use 3uTools to force the iPad into Recovery Mode, and try and see if updating the firmware helps the issue.

Hello, have you attempted to hard reset your iPad, or recover it via the recovery mode?

Yes, i did try that and i also tried downgrading the ios version to the previous version via itunes but still no results

@gautamkc Did the repair shop give any specific reason they couldn't repair the iPad? Did they attempt to replace any specific parts?
