Monitor works but no display
System works besides the screen turning on. I believe either the screen its self or the circuit board.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Hi @sapps
With the monitor turned on etc, try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the screen and check if you can see any images on the screen.
They will be very faint if they are there, so trying this in a darkened room may help.
If they are seen then there's a backlight problem with the display.
Either a faulty backlight power supply, faulty backlight cable connection (if this is what's used or faulty backlights.
I can't find a service manual or a teardown video for the monitor so if it is no longer covered by the warranty, you may need to work out how to remove the back cover so that you can start checking things.
If it is still under warranty, go the warranty route, to get it fixed.

Hi @sapps,
Bit confused by your question as you say " Monitor works but no display" and then you say "Display works besides the screen turning on", is the display working or not?
Do you mean that you can view the monitor's OSD menus OK but no video input display seen on the screen or the screen lightens up but no video display seen etc.
Please clarify what is happening?

Sorry for the confusion @jayeff. When I plug the monitor in I can check that the system works by looking at settings on a second monitor but nothing shows up on the actual screen of the broken one.
