It is a bit hard to see but this looks like an issue with the backlight. If it is a QLED or OLED TV then it leads to being issues with the dimming zones. and there really is not anything you can do, other than "hiding" this area through a change in the settings. That is the trouble with all the latest and greatest new technology, There just is not much that we the consumer can do to fix it.

IF this is a different model, then the issue could just be a failed backlight LED strip, which can be replaced.
