Hey, What Does the Rapid Flashes of the Power Board Lights Mean? I think it might be something about a Short on the Motherboard. Need to confirm though.

Nic Harper, check the Dell error codes right here Looks to me that the rapid flashing light indicates a defective battery that needs to be replaced. Hope this helps, good luck.
