Double blinking light and flickering problem

Hi guys,

I’ve seen this problem posted a few times and I’ve done my best to troubleshoot the situation but to no avail. This is a bit out of my element but I unfortunately economically unable to purchase a new one after a recent move so I am doing everything I can in hopes of reviving my tv.

Upon plugging in my tv, it is in an endless cycle where the red light will flicker twice, attempt to turn on and shuts off completely and continuously does this. During the flickering, when I unplug main board from the power board, the back does stay lit and does not flicker off.

I tried replacing both the main and power boards, as after researching the issue these were the most common issues. Replacing both of these didn’t do the trick and I am now at a loss for what could be the next move.

Any help or direction with next steps would be greatly appreciated! If there’s any information I can provide that would be of assistance please let me know as well. I will attach photos below.
