Did you do the screen replacement yourself or was it done by a professional mobile phone repair service?

If by a repair service take it back and show them the problem.

If you did it yourself, you need to open it up and check if the main flex cable connection to the charge port board is OK.

Here's a video that may help. The main flex cable can be seen being disconnected from the charge port board at 2:20 minutes into the video.
