My laptop screen is not showing anything, it's just shows a black screen on turning on the laptop and the caps lock key blinks continuously until I shut down the laptop

A 3 blink error code indicates that there may be a problem with the memory in the laptop.
Try reseating (remove/reinsert) the memory module and check if that resolves the problem.
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the model series.
Go to p.31 to view the procedure to remove the memory module.
After removing it, carefully reinsert it and reverse the procedure to reassemble the laptop and check if it turns on OK or not.
If it is still not turning on and you get the same error code you may have a faulty memory module. The part numbers for the modules are shown at the top of p.31. Search online for the part number, to find suppliers that suit you best.
A 3:2 blink error code is a memory problem.
Here's a link that shows what to try.
Click on Identify the notebook light or beep code and then click on the red light blinks 3 times then two short white lights blink (3 long red, 2 short white)
If you have more than 1 memory module try using just one and check if it works OK, if not remove it (as per the instructions) and then try the other. The manual linked above will help as well

No just the caps lock is blinking in a pattern of (1,2,3-1,2) and just repeating this pattern

Is th eCap lock light blinking continuous or is it in a pattern of blinks that pauses for a second before repeating the same number of blinks e.g. 4 blinks - pause, 4 blinks pause etc?
Is it changing colour e.g. red and white or always the same colour?
Reason I'm asking is if it is a pattern then this is an error code showing what's wrong.

I am pressing the power button but it is not turning on. It shows charging during plugged in. There is power light blinks for few seconds but not turning on
