MSI rx580 armour 8gb
My MSI rx580 armour 8gb will not power up on my pc . Other one do and work. It stopped working when my power supply on the pc cut out with a pop. I don't know what I should be looking for on the card it all looks ok

When you say "...Other one do and work." do you mean that another GPU card works in the same PCIe slot as the MSI card or a different PCIe slot?
If a different slot does it also require additional power cables from the PSU to be connected to it or not?
If not have you proven that the problem is with the MSI GPU card and not that it is a voltage problem on the PCIe slot which it was plugged into or that there is the correct voltage being supplied by the additional 8 pin (6 pin + 2 pin?) power cable from the PSU?

Yes a other GPU card in the same pcie slot it's the same GPU card I got out of my son's pc. We both have the same card

Since another same GPU card works in the same slot this rules out problems with either the slot or the additional power supplied directly by the PSU.
Very rare to find schematics for GPU cards so all you can do is look for obviously damaged or heat stressed components on the card.
I suppose you could trace the connections from the appropriate power supply pins PCIe slot (and the extra power from the PSU cable input on the GPU card) to see which components they first connect to but if they're smd components (surface mount device) most likely they'll have no markings on them to know what they are (unless there's a board ID designation next to them) and what value they have.
If you do find an obviously damaged component you may have to ask on other forums that deal mainly with GPU cards what they are etc.
