Unit will not power up when hitting power button.
The unit is plugged in. Believe it is fully charged so we have tried without having it plugged in as well. Hitting the power button does nothing.

Tried reviewing questions already asked in the tight side box? After so many years, rechargeable batteries wear out and my be the reason for this one no longer working. Normally, some units can operate with a power cord while the battery is recharged. You may have to disassemble this one and try temporarily bypassing the battery, connecting power to the battery leads and see if it turns on.
