My phone wifi and hotspot is not working!

My phone is Samsung f23, wifi and hotspot isn't working when i try to turn on my wifi or hotspot it will not turn on or it may turnoff automatically and it will continue turning on and off without start what can be the cause and solution

Before this happened frequently my phone was asking me to update it but i ignore this thing,and i tried to reset and factory reset but still it's not working
