First thing I'd do is check to see if you have power to the turntable motor. Note that microwave ovens have hazardous voltages inside and running the microwave with the cover off can be dangerous without taking the proper electrical hazard precautions.
That being said, the label on the turntable motor says it takes 21V AC, so that should be present when the microwave is running. I can't tell you how to access the motor, but here's a picture from the Appliance Parts Pros website.
