Here is a good guide for replacing spark plugs on a 4th gen CR-V. This process will be identical on almost all NA I4 Honda's.
Just make sure to follow the directions closely especially when it comes to the amount of torque required. Under or over torqueing spark plugs can cause serious damage to your engine.

A little more specific information would help. What engine do you have in yours, the 2.0L or the 2.4L? Also, what year is it?
