The right stick when pressed down just moves the camera up when pressed to slide in a game like Fortnite and when aiming it's not stable and moves by itself in any direction so I constantly have to pull it back to track a player in a game

The Dualshock 4 controller uses potentiometers for sensing joystick positions. Since these are mechanical sensors, they wear down over time, usually within a year or two depending on usage.
Sometimes you're lucky and there's just some dust inside the potentiometer that you can remove with a blower, most more often than not you will have to purchase either a replacement joystick assembly, or new potentiometers, and perform some soldering in order to fix stick drift on these controllers.
