my earpiece jack connector is to loose gives bad and noisy sounds.

Your earphone jack sounds like it has wobbled back and forth and has become loose from the breadboard.
There are 2 solutions to your problem:
A) The phone is a low grade model, so most likely the phone jack is soldered to the mainboard. You must disassemble the unit and re-solder the jack back to the board.
b) Most high end phones have jacks that can be unplugged from the main board. Replacing the jack will be an easy option.
