xd picture card options
My stylus 1010 takes a XD picture card. Can I use the 4GB SD card in my camera?

No, Owen, you cannot use an SD card in an xD card slot. xD is a proprietary profile made by Olympus. Page 62 of the manual that Old Turkey posted lists xD as the only compatible card for the camera. When I first got my E-420 I tried to shove an SD card in the slot, but to no avail.

Of course, David Hodson is absolutely right. It does pay to wear ones glasses when one reads questions :-) Anyhow, the owners manual is available right here
Thanks for the info. I was able to locate an XD at Walmart and bought 2!
