fan blades for HVAC

for some reason one of the blade broke I need a replacement blades as this thing is shaking when blades are rotating.

Can some one recommend me blades for this unit.

Pull the blade and take it to a supply house like Johnstones. They need Diameter, pitch, number of blades and rotation, (clockwise or counter clockwise shaft end). If there is a brand and some numbers on hub it helps. But any air conditioning shop or supply house will have it.
