If you have already tried using other SD cards after you have restarted the phone, this issue most likely means that there is something wrong with your SD card slot. This is mentioned in the [[Asus MeMO Pad 8 Troubleshooting|troubleshooting page]] as well.  I suggest moving forward from there!
