Unresponsive Screen
The screen does not respond to any command you input and the screen is frozen.
Laptop Has Been Left On For Too Long
Remove all external cables, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and hard drive. Then, press and hold the power button for at least seconds to shut down the laptop completely. This will reset the RAM of the laptop to restore its normal functionalities.
Too Many Programs/Pages Are Open At The Same Time
Press Alt>F4 at the same time. This allows you to force quit all the programs/pages. Also, press Control + Alt + Del at the same time to interrupt the operating system and close any application/window that may be causing the frozen screen.
The brightness has turned to the darkest
Hold the "Fn" key and press "F4" or "F5" to adjust brightness on some Dell laptops, such as their Alienware line of laptops. Move the bottom slider right or left to increase or decrease screen brightness.
Weak Bluetooth/Internet Connection
Failure to connect with a Bluetooth device or unable to connect to the internet.
Bluetooth Device Not In Range
The optimal pairing range for any Bluetooth device is approximately 10 meters. Make sure the device is in close range. Also, confirm the Bluetooth setting on the device is turned on and is discoverable.
Router Not In Range
First, reset the router and the device’s wifi receiver. If the connection remains to be weak, buy a Netgear Wifi Range Extender. Example link is attached below:

Faulty Wifi Configuration
Sometimes, when the configuration has not been changed for a long period of time, it may be a good idea to reset the configuration.
Go to the Start Menu and select Control Panel. Then, click the Network and Internet category and then select the Networking and Sharing Center. From the options on the left-hand side, select Change adapter settings. Then, right-click on the icon for Wireless Connection and click Enable.
Battery Won’t Charge
Unable to charge the battery of the laptop.
The Charging Cable Has Worn Out
It's very rare that you can fix the charging cable in a case like this. The most efficient way is to buy a new charging cable from Amazon. They are everywhere online, and they don’t cost a lot.
Motherboard is faulty
If the motherboard is faulty, this usually leads to the result of the computer cannot be changed. No beeps, no lights, no fans, nothing. If the computer fails to change, look for a new motherboard online and exchange it. Example link is attached below:

Debris from the charging port
Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device, then firmly plug your charging cable into your device. If the charging port is damaged, you have to look for a new charging port and exchange it. Example link is attached below:

Laptop Won’t Turn On

Dead Battery
Most laptop batteries can last for about 1-2 years until they begin to fail. To diagnose if the battery has died or not, observe how fast does the power goes down and get drained. If the battery is not working, look for a new battery online and exchange it. Example link is attached below:

Battery Overheat
One of the causes that may lead to the failure of powering up the laptop is the overheated battery. To check if this is the case, try feeling if there is any heat vending off from the battery. To help cool down the battery and restore the laptop’s normal functionalities, place a laptop on top of cool metal surfaces. Also, unplug all external hard drives/monitor/cables to assist the cooling down process. Wait for the laptop to cool down completely, and then turn it back on.
