No matter what you do, you can't get your Samsung SCH 3500 to turn on.

Perhaps the battery itself is broken and/or drained. Consider battery installation. Attempt to turn on the phone while it is charging in the wall.

If your phone does not work while plugged into the wall via the phone charger, the problem is most likely in the logic board. It is possible that your phone needs a hard reset with a logic board installation.

The battery itself is most likely broken or dead if the phone does not operate after it is disconnected from the phone charger. Consider battery installation.

If you cannot hear anyone during a call, perhaps the speakers are broken in the phone earpiece. Consider replacement.

Poor reception might be the effects of a malfunctioning phone antenna. If the reception is audible but not clear, antenna installation might help better hearing capabilities.

If there is a visible crack and/malfunction present in the earpiece itself, consider replacement.

If you find it impossible to dial numbers, the problem most likely lies with the keypad mechanism. Consider keypad installation.

If there is a visible crack in either the front or back covers of your phone, consider further exploration and replacement. For a crack in the back cover, consider back cover installation.
