Changing the thermal paste

  • Disconnecting the battery is highly recommended.

  • Unscrew the 4 screws holding the CPU heatsink and disconnect the fan.

  • Clean the old thermal paste from both the cooler and the CPU.

  • Use isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs or paper towel, but be careful not to press too hard on the CPU.

  • It's also recommended to use compressed air to remove any dust in the laptop and the fan.

  • Use only enough thermal paste to cover a portion of the pad. Use a spreader if you have one.

  • The thermal paste will apply evenly after you tighten the heatsink.

  • Place the heatsink back into the unit carefully and tighten the screws in an "X" pattern to ensure even pressure. Don't forget to plug in the fan cable.

Wärmeleitpaste ersetzen

Es ist sehr empfehlenswert, zuerst den Akku abzutrennen.

Löse die 4 Schrauben, die den CPU-Kühlkörper halten, und trenn den Lüfter ab.

Entferne die alte Wärmeleitpaste sowohl vom Kühler als auch von der CPU.

Nutze Isopropylalkohol und ein Wattestäbchen oder Küchenpapier, aber sei vorsichtig nicht zu stark auf die CPU zu drücken

Es ist auch zu empfehlen mit Druckluft Staub im Laptop und im Lüfter zu entfernen.

Nutze nur soviel Wärmeleitpaste um ein Teil der Fläche abzudecken. Verwende einen Spatel, wenn du einen hast.

Die Wärmeleitpaste wird sich gleichmäßig verteilen, nachdem du den Kühlkörper aufgesetzt und fest angezogen hast.

Setze nun den Kühlkörper vorsichtig wieder in die Einheit ein und ziehe die Schrauben in einem "X"-Muster fest, um gleichmäßigen Druck zu gewährleisten. Vergiss nicht, das Lüfterkabel anzuschließen.
