Anti-Clamp instructions

  • The next three steps demonstrate the Anti-Clamp, a tool we designed to make the opening procedure easier. If you aren't using the Anti-Clamp, skip down three steps for an alternate method.

  • For complete instructions on how to use the Anti-Clamp, check out this guide.

  • Pull the blue handle backwards to unlock the Anti-Clamp's arms.

  • Place an object under your iPad so it rests level between the suction cups.

  • Position the suction cups near the middle of the left edge—one on the top, and one on the bottom.

  • Hold the bottom of the Anti-Clamp steady and firmly press down on the top cup to apply suction.

  • If you find that the surface of your iPad is too slippery for the Anti-Clamp to hold onto, use tape to create a grippier surface.

Anleitung für die Anti-Clamp

Wir haben die Anti-Clamp entwickelt, um das Öffnen von Geräten zu erleichtern. Die nächsten drei Schritte zeigen, wie sie verwendet wird. Wenn du sie nicht benutzen willst, überspringe die nächsten drei Schritte und folge einer anderen Methode.

Drücke den blauen Griff zurück, um die Arme der Anti Clamp zu entriegeln.

Lege einen Gegenstand unter das iPad, so dass es waagrecht zwischen den Saughebern liegt.

Bringe die Saugheber nahe an der Mitte der linken Seitenkante des Displays an, einen auf der Vorderseite, den anderen auf der Rückseite.

Halte die Anti Clamp unten gut fest und drücke kräftig auf den oberen Saugheber, bis er gut haftet.

Wenn die Saugheber nicht gut an der Oberfläche des iPads haften, dann klebe Paketband darüber.
