If you need to replace an damaged or uncomfortable ear cushion for the Astro A20, you will need a spudger and a new ear cushion.

Place one hand on the hard side of the headset ear portion and on the cushion.

Lift the small portion on the edge of the cushion.
Frag FixBot

Slide the metal spudger underneath the lift part of the ear cushion.

Pull the ear cushion while wedging the spudge around the edge of the ear cushion.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

The lighting is quite poor. I can't see what you're doing at all.
It's also missing a lot of information. Are they glued down? Are you able to get the ear cups off intact so they can be replaced after your wash them?
