This guide will show you how to replace the air pump in a Keurig K-Duo. Replacing the air pump may be necessary when there is no water coming out.
The air pump is a critical component that helps build pressure to move water through the machine. Over time, these pumps can fail due to various reasons, typically stemming from wear and tear, improper maintenance, or environmental factors.

Turn the Keurig K-Duo upside down so the power cord is visible and facing you.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove all four screws that secure the plastic panel.

To remove the back panels, grip each side firmly.

Gently pull the panel outward toward yourself to release and fully detach the plastic hooks.

Place your fingers on the two black notches securing the air pump.

Pull upward to release it.
-

Firmly grip the clear tube located underneath the air pump and pull it off to disconnect.

Remove the air pump wire from the motherboard by gently pulling the terminal block.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
