Games play right, blank white screen. Help?

So I recently dropped my GBA SP on the ground and for some reason the screen is just white whenever I turn it on. I can hear the game working and it seems like everything else works fine, it's just the screen is totally unresponsive. The GBA SP is the AGS model 001 (The one with only a front-light). I really want to fix this and i'd like to do it at home. Can you please find me a link to a how-to video or a step by step walkthrough?

Einstellungen

Isaac, here are the guides. It is possible that your LCD broke, or that the connection came loose. Use the guides to open it up and check on the connection first.

Hi there! If you were able to fix the problem, please let me know what you did. I have a similar problem, only my screen is black, with colorful vertical lines. So, it doesn't seem the LCD isn't working, it would seem maybe the ribbon to the screen is detached etc.
