Stop in middle of booting up

The system shut down in middle of booting up. At first, after typing in password then suddenly shut down. Try again and just a blank screen then shut down.

What happens when you try booting into single user mode? (holding s at startup)

Didn't try that. The tech fixed it about 3 wks ago and it happen again. Have it with the tech again.
