The camera on my LG Optimus G Pro seems to take muddy pictures. The problem is intermittent, some times it doesn't happen. I've tried restarting the phone as well.
Any suggestions?

Well there could be a few issues. Given that it only happens here and again, it could be an issue with the camera starting to fail. You can try replacing it, which isn't too difficult.
