Can I increase RAM space by adding more RAM to the model?
For this laptop,the RAM space is not enough for the processor to run in optimal speed which causes the laptop to crash constantly.

Sadly it appears the memory is fixed at 4GB.
Are you sure you don't have a different issue? A crashing system often implies the storage (Hard Drive) has issues not RAM.
Is the system still under warranty? If not I think you'll need too reformat the HD and re-install Windows. Its also possible the HD is bad.
